1. Requesting a Solar Quote
You can request a quote online by filling out our solar quote form or by contacting us directly via email or phone. A consultant will get in touch to discuss your energy needs and schedule a site assessment if needed.
We’ll ask for your location, recent electricity bills (or average monthly usage), roof type, preferred budget, and whether you're interested in backup power, full off-grid, or hybrid solutions.
2. Placing an Order Online
Yes! Select solar products can be purchased directly from our online store. For complete system installations, we recommend requesting a formal quote first.
Yes, we offer financing through selected 3rd-party partners. A credit check will be performed during the application process to determine eligibility.
Yes, a tax invoice will be emailed to you immediately after your order is processed.
3. Site Assessments & Installations
Yes, we require an on-site inspection to confirm technical aspects such as cable runs, inverter placement, roof pitch, sunlight exposure, and installation feasibility.
All installations are handled by Greencoin Solar’s certified technicians or approved installer partners. We follow all SANS and NRS electrical standards.
A typical residential system takes 1–2 days to install. Larger or more complex systems may take longer. You'll receive a project schedule beforehand.
