Frequently asked questions
Solar finance allows you to enjoy the benefits of solar energy without the upfront costs. Depending on what package you choose you’ll pay a fixed monthly fee for the solar equipment for the duration of your contract, while we take care of any maintenance and support that may arise.
For individual applications, we will always need:
– A copy of your ID;
– Your utility bill if you own the property or your landlord details if you don’t; and
– A bank confirmation letter of the account in your name to be debited each month.
Our credit team will also generally require 3 months’ pay slips and 3 months of bank statements.
For a business application- the document requirements may vary and your account manager will let you know what the credit team requires to process your business’s application.
Once we’ve completed a site inspection, installations will typically take between 1 to 3 days to complete. However, factors such as unforeseen weather conditions, system size and existing non-compliant electrical wiring may delay the installation beyond this time frame.
